3 more arrested in Udhampur acid attack case

UDHAMPUR, Dec 4: Police has arrested three more accused in acid attack case on Kashmir bound truck in Udhampur on October 9.
The accused, who were evading arrest since the incident, were apprehended from different hideouts outside the State, Police sources said.
Identity of the  these three accused  has been established as Amit Singh of Sumbal, Baram Singh, alias Pankaj, resident near Subash Stadium and Vikas Sharma of Theyal.
With the arrest of these three, total 12 accused have  so far been held for their alleged involvement in the acid attack case, in which one person had died while another sustained serious burn injuries.
While all the nine accused, who were arrested earlier, have already been slapped Public Safety Act, Police sources did not rule out arrest of more persons in the case.
