JAMMU, July 21: The State Government has ordered transfers and postings of three officers of the rank of Under Secretary, with immediate effect.
Zahoor Ahmad Bhat, Administrative Officers, J&K Academy of Art, Culture and Languages, has been transferred and posted as Under Secretary in the Housing and Urban Development Department vice Firdous Hussain, who has been transferred and posted as Under Secretary in the Science and Technology Department.
Hakim Riyaz-ul-Haq has been transferred from Social Welfare Department and posted in the Department of Forest, Environment and Ecology.
