JAMMU, Oct 24: The Government has issued orders of transfers and placements of three incharge Superintending Engineers, six in-charge Executive Engineers (X-Ens) and 63 I/C Assistant Executive Engineers (Mech/Civil) besides 12 I/C Assistant Engineers in the R&B Department.
Pending clearance by the DPC/PSC, the Government accorded sanction to the placement of Kuldip Kumar Gupta, I/C Executive Engineer (Mech) as I/C SE (Mech) in his own pay and grade. Mr Gupta has now been placed as Joint Director, Stores Procurement Department, Pampore in Kashmir against an available vacancy.
Incharge SE, R&B Circle Bandipore/ Ganderbal, Malik Basharat Ahmed has been transferred and posted as I/C SE ERA against available vacancy, whereas, Sita Ram Dogra, incharge SE R&B Circle Leh shall hold the charge of the post of SE, PMGSY Leh in addition to his own duties.
Meanwhile, the Government promoted three AEEs as I/C Executive Engineers ( Mech) and issued orders of placements of 21 I/C X-Ens. Those promoted are Babu Ram, Mohd Amin Wani, Ali Mohd Naqash. Consequent upon the above, six I/C X-Ens (Mech) were shifted and posted in the R&B. I/C X-En Mohd Afzal Bhat under orders of transfer to PHE/I&FC shall continue in the SKIMS Soura. Makhan Khajuria I/C Executive Engineer (Mech), is posted as Technical Officer to Chief Engineer MED Kashmir, Abdul Rashid Hajam in the PHE/I&FC, Babu Ram placed in PHE/I&FC, Mohd Amin Wani to Mech Division Anantnag while Ali Mohd Naqash to UEED Kashmir.
Fifteen I/C X-Ens (Civil) have also been shifted/ posted. I/C X-En Ram Gopal Gupta awaiting orders of adjustment has been placed in R&B Division Chhatroo, Mohd Ashraf Gilkar from Chhatroo R&B Div to PMGSY Thathri, Abdul Rashid Bhat from R&B Div Vailoo to PMGSY Kishtwar, Niaz Ahmed Bandey to JMC, Sunil Gupta from JMC to the office of CE R&B Jammu, Ajay Kumar Raju to PMGSY Jammu, A K Gandotra from PMGSY Jammu to the office of CE R&B Jammu, Abdul Waheed Khan to R&B Vailoo, Abdul Rashid Lone from Tourism Department to PHC, R K Zafrani from PMGSY Pulwama to University of Jammu, Satish Bakshi from PMGSY Mahore to the office of CE PMGSY and X-En R&B Reasi Kabir Shah shall hold the additional charge of PMGSY Mahore, M L Thapa to R&B Div Katra, Joginder Pal from R&B Katra to Housing Board, R A Jeelani from Housing Board to CVPPC whereas, Anil Kumar Pandoh from ERA to JKPCC.

After the promotion of eight Junior Engineers (Mech), the Government also issued orders of placement of 12 I/C AEs. Asir Zahoor Karan Bavoria, Gagan Deep Dutt, Kiran Hansa and Mohd Dilpazeer have been placed in PHE, I&FC, Vinod Kumar in SPD Jammu, Aftikhar Ahmed, Shahid Saleem and Javed Iqbal in MED Leh,Mudasir Sadiq Khan and Hilal Ahmed Bhat to MED Kashmir while Rinku Pandita to MED Jammu.
