SRINAGAR, Oct 26: The Government today placed three Superintending Engineers (Hyd) as Incharge Chief Engineers in the PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control department.
Ghulam Qadir Bhat, I/C SE Hydraulic Circle Baramulla has been placed as Incharge Chief Engineer in JKSPDC against an available vacancy; Jitender Kumar Sharma I/C SE Hyd Circle Kargil has been placed as in Chenab Valley Power Projects Ltd while Mir Shahnawaz, I/C SE Hyd Circle, Anantnag has been placed as I/C Chief Engineer Irrigation and Flood Control, Kashmir.
