JAMMU, July 17: The Government has issued orders of promotions of three Incharge Executive Engineers (Civil) as I/C Superintending Engineers in PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control Department.
In-charge Executive Engineer, PHE Division Awantipora, Nazir Ahmed Bhat has been elevated and placed I/C SE Kupwara; Ashok Nanda I/C Executive Engineer JKSPDC has been promoted and placed as I/C SE in the same organization while I/C Executive Engineer, Technical Officer to Chief Engineer PHE, Jammu, S. Sarwan Singh has been promoted as placed as I/C SE, Budgam.
