JAMMU, Sept 25: 3rd Additional Sessions Judge Jammu Subash C Gupta today awarded three years rigorous imprisonment and fine of Rs 10,000 to an alleged Tantrik namely Ashok Kumar, son of Munshi Ram of Bajigar Basti, Bahu Fort for sexual exploiting a young girl under the pretext of curing her from the influence of evil spirit.
The case against the Tantrik was registered at Bagh-e-Bahu Police Station on the basis of written report of the prosecutrix.
