JAMMU, Sept 19: Sub-Judge Jammu, S S Bali today awarded three years imprisonment to Hardy Temmy Swesleya, resident of Nimibia, who was arrested by the Crime Branch in the much publicized fake credit card scam.
According to the Crime Branch, the fraudsters adopted various methods of cheating the banks and genuine card holders. After hearing Senior PO Rohit Gupta for the State, the court observed, “the accused has voluntarily confessed the charges leveled against him”. Accordingly, court awarded 3 years imprisonment to the foreigner.
