JAMMU, Jan 12: The Government of India has promoted 30 Junior Administrative Grade officers of Indian Information Service Group ‘A’, to the Junior Administrative Grade (Non-Functional Selection Grade) of the service in pay level 13 of New Pay Matrix of 7th CPC.
