300 kgs polythene bags seized from godown, owner arrested

JAMMU, Dec 13: Parade police seized 300 kilograms of polythene bags from a godown near vegetable market, Purani Mandi and arrested the owner of the godown.
As per police sources, on specific information, police team from Parade police post conducted raid in a godown near vegetable market at Purani Mandi.
During the raid, police seized 25 bags containing around 300 kilograms of polythene bags from the godown, which was owned by Rahul Gupta of Lakkar Mandi.
The owner of the godown has been arrested and a case under relevant Sections has been registered against him at Pacca Danga police station.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
Police team led by Incharge Parade police post SI Arun Slathia seized the polythene bags and arrested the godown owner under the supervision of SHO Pacca Danga police station Inspector Ajay Bhat, SDPO City Perbeet Singh Parihar, SP North Shiv Kumar Singh Chouhan and SSP Jammu Uttam Chand.
