31 KAS officers shifted

JAMMU, July 1: The State Government today ordered transfers and postings of 31 KAS officers with immediate effect and also assigned additional charge of Mission Director State Rural Livelihood Mission J&K to Farooq Ahmed Peer, Commissioner Secretary Department of Rural Development and Panchayti Raj till further orders.
A K Razdan, awaiting orders of adjustment in GAD, has been posted as Additional District Development Commissioner, Srinagar against an available vacancy while Onkar Nath, Special Secretary Finance Department, is transferred and posted as Administrator, Associated Hospitals Jammu against an available vacancy.
Syed Anwar Hussain, Additional DDC Poonch, is transferred and posted as ADDC Samba against an available vacancy.
Rohit Khajuria, awaiting orders of posting in GAD, is transferred and posted as ADDC Kathua vice Ajay Singh Jamwal, who has been transferred and posted as ADDC Udhampur against an available vacancy.
Arif-ullah, Special Secretary Health and Medical Education, is transferred and posted as ADDC Pulwama against an available vacancy while Mohammad Muzaffar Hakim, Joint Registrar Cooperative (Hqrs) Srinagar is transferred and posted as ADDC Shopian against an available vacancy.
Mohd Matloob Khan, Additional Deputy Commissioner Rajouri is transferred and posted as Additional District Development Commissioner Rajouri against an available vacancy.
Hashmat Ali Khan, Additional Secretary/Principal Private Secretary to the Chief Secretary, is transferred and posted as Special Secretary to Chief Secretary. While Khurshid Ahmed Shah, Additional Secretary Industries and Commerce Department is transferred and posted as Special Secretary Industries and Commerce against an available vacancy.
Nazim Zai Khan, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Srinagar, is transferred and posted as Additional Commissioner, Commercial Taxes (Tax Planning) relieving Parvaiz Iqbal Khateeb of the additional charge of the post.
Sheikh Mukhtar Hussain, Deputy Labour Commissioner (Central), is transferred and posted as Special Secretary Health and Medical Education vice Arif-ullah while Bashir Ahmad Dar, Additional Secretary GAD, is transferred and posted as Special Secretary GAD against an available vacancy.
Shakeel-ur-Rehman Rather, OSD with Minister for Finance and Ladakh Affairs, is transferred and posted as Special Secretary Finance Department vice Onkar Nath while Pardeep Kumar, Joint Director Industries and Commerce, Jammu, is transferred and posted as ADDC Ramban against an available vacancy.
M M Rehman Ghasi, Programme Officer ICDS Project Budgam, is transferred and posted as ADDC Ganderbal while Avtar Singh Chib, Chief Executive Officer Tourism Development Authority, Lakhanpur-Sarthal, is transferred and posted as ADDC Kishtwar against available vacancy.
Bilal Ahmed Bhat, Joint Registrar Industries and Commerce (Development), Kashmir, is transferred and posted as ADDC Kupwara  while Rakesh Gupta, Joint Director Industries and Commerce ( Development), Jammu, is transferred and posted as Special Secretary Science and Technology against available vacancy.
Mukhtar-ul-Aziz, Joint Director Handloom, Kashmir, is transferred and posted as ADDC Kulgam while Bashir Ahmed Khan, ADDC Ramban, is transferred and posted as ADDC Anantnag against available vacancy.
Arvind Sharma, Programme Officer ICDS Project Doda, is transferred and posted as ADDC Poonch vice Syed Anwar Hussain. Bikram Singh Jamwal, ADDC Samba, is transferred and posted as ADDC Reasi against an available vacancy.
Riyaz Ahmad, Joint Registrar Cooperative (Banking and Finance ) is transferred and posted as Additional Secretary J&K Public Service Commission vice Mohammad Ishaq Shah, who  has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner Commercial Taxes (Hqrs) against an available vacancy.
Mohammad Akbar Wani, Programme Officer ICDS Project Kupwara, is transferred and posted as Secretary J&K State Commission for Women vice Rubeena Kounser, who has been transferred and posted as Director Land Management, Srinagar Development Authority on deputation basis.
Shafqat Iqbal, Deputy Director CAPD (Supplies) Kashmir is transferred and posted as Deputy Director Information, Kashmir against an available vacancy. He shall also hold the charge of the post of Joint Director Information, Kashmir.
Sajid Yehaya Naqash, Assistant Commissioner Revenue Kupwara, is transferred and posted as Deputy Director CAPD (Supplies Kashmir vice Shafqat Iqbal.
Sultan Firdous, Principal Revenue Training Institute Srinagar, is transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner Revenue Kupwara vice Sajid Yehaya Naqash. Till further orders, Tehsildar RTI Srinagar Mohd Altaf shall hold the charge of the post of Principal Revenue Training Institute Srinagar.
Meanwhile, according to another order, Vijay Laxmi, Private Secretary in the Personal Section of Administrative Secretary, Technical Education, Youth Services and Sports, is transferred and posted as Private Secretary to Commissioner Secretary Health and Medical Education Department.
Further, the orders says, Mirza Shahid Ali Beigh, under orders of transfer as Private Secretary with M H Samoon, Member J&K Public Service Commission, shall be deemed to have been relieved with immediate effect.
