JAMMU, Oct 14: Besides the placement of three Head Assistants of J&K Secretariat (Subordinate) Service as Incharge Section Officers, the State Government has ordered transfers and postings of 35 officials with immediate effect.
Those promoted as Section Officer, include Javeed Sidiq, Ravi Kumar and Ghulam Mohammad.
In the shuffling of officials, Manzoor Ahmad Khan, Section Officer, is transferred from the Industries and Commerce Department and posted in the Home Department while Mohammad Shafi Lone, Section Officer, is transferred from the PHE, Irrigation & Flood Control Department and posted in the Bureau of Public Enterprises, Horticulture and Floriculture Department.
Mukhtar Ahmad Bhat, SO, is transferred from the Consumer Affairs & Public Distribution Department and posted in the School Education Department.
Fayaz Ahmad Qureshi, Section Officer, is transferred from the Department of Rural Development & Panchayati Raj and posted in the J&K Public Service Commission.
Nighat Parveen, Section Officer, is transferred from the ARI & Trainings Department and posted in the Industries & Commerce Department.
Pamposh Ganjoo, Section Officer, is transferred from the School Education Department and posted in the CAPD while Firdousa Jan, Section Officer, is transferred from the Revenue Department and posted in the Department of Tourism & Culture.
Nazir Ahmad Rather, Section Officer, is transferred from the Animal /Sheep Husbandry Department and posted in the Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj.
Chaman Lal, Section Officer, is transferred from the Department of Tourism and Culture and posted in the Animal / Sheep Husbandry Department.
Sanjay Kumar Koul, Section Officer, is transferred from the Home Department and posted in the Transport Department while Javaid Sidiq, on his placement as Section Officer, is transferred from the GAD and posted in the Revenue Department.
Ravi Kumar on his placement as Section Officer, shall continue in the J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examination till further orders while Ghulam Mohammad
On his placement as Section Officer, shall continue in the ARI & Trainings Department.
Jai Kishan Bhat, Section Officer is transferred from the Office of Chief Electoral Officer.
J&K and posted in the Directorate of RUSA, J&K, Srinagar retaining lien and promotion prospects in his parent cadre Department.
Ahmad Syed Hamdani, Head Assistant, is transferred from the Social Welfare Department and posted in the Information Technology Department while Romesh Kumar Raina, Head Assistant, awaiting orders of adjustment in GAD is posted in the Home Department to work with the Secretary (Technical).
Fayaz Ahmad Dar, Head Assistant, is transferred from the Estates Department and posted in the Chief Minister’s Grievance Cell while 18 Mushtaq Ahmad Sheikh, Head Assistant, is transferred from the Estates Department and posted in the Bureau of Public Enterprises, Horticulture and Floriculture Department.
Shabir Ahmad Jhat, Head Assistant, is transferred from the Chief Minister’s Grievance Cell and posted in the Estates Department while Mohammad Ayoub Ganai, Head Assistant, awaiting orders of his posting in the Animal, Sheep Husbandry Department is posted in the Estates Department.
Nahida Jan, Head Assistant, awaiting or order of her posting in the Information Technology Department, is posted in the Social Welfare Department while Inderjeet Singh Baloria, Head Assistant, awaiting orders of his posting in the CM’s Grievance Cell, is posted in Animal/Sheep Husbandry Department.
Ajaz Bashir, Head Assistant, awaiting orders of his posting in the Hospitality and Protocol Department is posted in the Public Works (R&B) Department.
Nazir Ahmad Bhat, Head Assistant, awaiting orders of his posting in the Public Works (R&B) Department is posted in the GAD (Monitoring).
Anil Kumar, Senior Assistant is transferred from the Health & Medical Education Department and posted in the Home Department while Tawoos Hussain, Senior Assistant is transferred from the Fee Structure Committee for fixation of fee for the Private Institutions in the State and posted in the Animal/Sheep Husbandry Department .
Haseena Bashir, Senior Assistant is transferred from the Home Department and posted in the Information Department while Mohammad Yaseen, Senior Assistant is transferred from the Public Works (R&B) Department and posted in the J&K Public Service Commission.
Haleema Bano, Junior Assistant is transferred from the Cooperative Department and posted in the Forest Department while Nahida Nissar, Junior Assistant, awaiting orders of her adjustment in the GAD is posted in the Bureau of Public Enterprises, Horticulture and Floriculture Department.
Imtiyaz Hussain Malla, Junior Assistant, awaiting orders of his adjustment in the GAD shall work in the GAD (Monitoring) while Raj Kumar, Junior Assistant, awaiting orders of his adjustment in the GAD shall work in the GAD (Vigilance).
Mansoor Ahmad Bhat, Junior Assistant, awaiting orders of his adjustment in GAD is posted in the Chief Minister’s Secretariat while Syed Mujtaba Hassan Nazki, Junior Assistant, awaiting orders of his adjustment in the General Administration Department is posted in the Public Works (R&B) Department.
Subash Chander, Junior Assistant, awaiting orders of his adjustment in the GAD is posted in the Chief Minister’s Grievance Cell.
