POONCH, Aug 24: About 3500 pilgrims from the State and outside paid their obeisance at the shrine of Baba Budha Amarnath at Mandi on the 6th day of the ongoing annual Yatra today.
Yatra officer Mandi, Dr V K Bhalla along with members of Yatra Management Committee received the yatris at Mandi town this morning. The pilgrims performed darshan and then they left for Jammu.
Meanwhile, another batch of about 700 pilgrims from outside the State reached Poonch this evening. Till today nearly 13,000 devotees have paid obeisance at the Holy shrine of Budha Amarnath ji, an official spokesman said.
