BUDHAL, June 17: At least 39 sheep and goats have been killed in upper reaches of Budhal due to thunder and hail-storm in district Rajouri.
Official sources said that due to heavy rain and hailstorm at Kali Pass near Margari village at Peer Panjal, 39 sheep / goats of Mohd Bashir, Mohd Riaz, Mohd Jameel and Mohd Mushtaq were killed late last evening. The administration received information in the morning. Today, a team led by Budhal Police, Veterinary doctor and Revenue officials visited the area and disposed off the cattle after performing legal formalities.
