KATHUA, Dec 25: Rajbagh police rescued four bovine animals, while the smuggler managed to escape.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Rajbagh Police Station laid a naka and intercepted a Mahindra pickup vehicle.
During checking, police rescued four bovine animals from the vehicle and seized it, while the driver managed to escape from the spot.
A case under FIR Number 264/17 under Section 188 RPC and 3 PCA Act has been registered at Rajbagh Police Station and hunt has been launched to nab the accused driver.
