RAJOURI, July 2: Thanamandi police today detained four minor boys for the alleged rape and making MMS of a girl student of 10th class and circulating the same to some other boys through mobile phones.
The action was taken by police after the girl and her parents from Niyali village lodged a complaint that a youth of her locality, Sajjad Ahmed son of Mohd Iqbal committed rape on her and clicked her nude photos and then circulated through MMS to some of his friends. His friends started teasing her and harassing for compromise. The police held four boys in this connection and registered a case FIR No. 106/ 2013 in this connection. Further investigation was in progress. Some of the boys were placed under sustained questioning by SHO, Zakir Shaheen Mirza. Further investigation was in progress. The girl was undergoing Matric exams and these boys are also students in the age group of 16-18 years.
