Jammu, May 6: A four day advance meditation course/stage silence for inmates started here today at District Jail.
The event is being held as part of Art of Living Programme for the physical and mental betterment of the jail inmates.
A total of 57 jail inmates are participating in the meditation course being held on the directions of Director General of Police, Prisons Dr. S. P. Vaid.
