JAMMU, June 19: Government today ordered transfer and posting of 4 executive officers (EOs) and incharge executive officers of the Urban Local Bodies (ULB), Kashmir.
As per an order, Mir Tafveez Mehmood, EO Municipal Committee (MC) Pahalgam with additional charge of MCs Achabal and Aishmuqam, has been transferred and posted at MC Tangmarg/Gulmarg with additional charge of MC Kunzer; Abdul Mateen Baba, incharge EO, MC Pattan with additional charge of MC Kunzer, has been transferred and posted at MC Achabal with additional charge of MC Aishmuqam; Oruja Mohi ud Din, EO, MC Langate with additional charge of MC Handwara, has been posted at MC Pattan, and Suhail Ahmad Malik, EO, MC Bijbehara with additional charge of MC Shopian, has been posted at MC Pahalgam with additional charge of MC Bijbehara and MC Shopian.
It is further ordered that Roohi Bhat, Secretary, ULB Kashmir, shall look after the MC Uri, Ishtyaq Ahmad Sheikh, Revenue Officer, shall look after the MC Magam, Mohammad Aslam Mir, incharge Assistant Sanitation Officer, shall look after the MC Khrew, Mohammad Ismail Mir, incharge Assistant Sanitation Officer, shall look after the MC Devsar, and Shakeel Ahmad Shah, incharge Assistant Sanitation Officer, shall look after the charge of MC Langate.
The order further said that the arrangement of the officers is purely temporary in their own pay and grade and purely to look after the assignment and shall not confer on them any right to hold the post on substantive basis nor shall it be determined of inter-se seniority position of the officer.
“The arraignment made shall not confer any right or superior claim on the officer for regularisation/seniority and shall be without prejudice to the outcome of the writ petition(s) pending before any competent court,” it said.
The order of arrangement could be reversible, if any adverse remark/report is received from ACB or any other agencies without any prior notice, it added.
