SAMBA, Nov 8: Ramgarh police arrested four gamblers and recovered Rs 4200 stake money and playing cards from their possession.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Ramgarh Police Station conducted raid and apprehended four gamblers along with Rs 4200 stake money and playing cards.
The arrested persons have been identified as Hari Chand, son of Het Ram Sahu, Deepak Sahu, son of Darsh Sahu, Onkar Sahu, son of Sohan Sahai Sahu and Ramesh, son of Shiv Dayal Sahu, all residents of Chhatishgarh, at present Ramgarh.
All the gamblers were booked under Section 13 of Gambling Act by Ramgarh Police.
Police team led by SHO Ramgarh Inspector Vikas Dogra made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO Vijaypur Baljeet Singh and SSP Samba Dr Koshal Sharma.
