SAMBA, Mar 10: Samba police has arrested four gamblers and recovered stake money of Rs 6310 from their possession.
According to the report, acting on specific information about gambling, a police party of Police Station (PS), Samba raided the gambling spot at Arazi, Samba and arrested four gamblers along with stake money of Rs. 6310 and playing cards.
The gamblers have been identified as Kala Ram, S/o Dev Raj, Arjun Kumar, S/o Jia Ram, Bunty Kumar S/o Madan Lal all residents of Arazi, Samba and Shallu S/o Sham Lal R/o W.No. 01, Samba.
Taking cognizance into the matter, all the gamblers were booked under Section 13 of Gambling Act at P/S Samba.
