SRINAGAR, May 18: Three policemen and a civilian were injured as militants hurled a grenade towards police station Safa Kadal in Srinagar this afternoon.
A constable, two SPOs and a civilian were injured in a grenade attack in Safa Kadal today. “The injured were immediately rushed to the hospital. One SPO has received severe injuries in the attack and is currently being treated in the hospital,” a police official said.
Three others including a civilian had received minor injuries and were discharged after the treatment from hospital. The severely injured SPO has been identified as Sameer Ahmad.
