UDHAMPUR, June 16: Four persons were injured when a Tata Sumo rolled down in a deep gorge near Panjar, tehsil Panchari, here last night.
The Tata Sumo, bearing registration number JK14C-4596, was on way from Mongri to Kanthgali when its driver lost control over the vehicle, which subsequently rolled down about 100 feet deep gorge. Police and locals rushed to the spot and shifted the injured persons to District Hospital Udhampur.
The injured were identified as Rakesh Kumar (21), son of Abay Ram, Narinder Kumar (16) son of Kikar Chand, Jashpal (20) son of Khem Raj and Sudesh Kumar, son of Nasib Raj, all resident of Panjar.
