JAMMU, Feb 28: Government today ordered placement of four KAS officers against the available vacancies of Special Scale of KAS on stop-gap arrangement in their own pay and grade.
The officers include Anil Koul, Shabnam Kamili, Dr Ghulam Nabi Itoo and Ravinder Kumar Bhat.
Shabnam Kamili and Dr Ghulam Nabi Itoo have been designated as Special Secretaries to Government in their respective departments while Anil Koul and Ravinder Bhat shall continue to work at their present places of postings till further orders.
