JAMMU, Feb 27: Arnia Police arrested four members of a family involved in attempt to murder case.
As per police sources, on February 25 this year, two brothers namely Balwinder Kumar and Vijay Kumar of Gandli were attacked and injured by sharp edged weapon by four members of a family identified as Subash Chander and Karamjeet, sons of Gurdass, Jeet Raj and Kala, sons of Subash Chander, all residents of Gandli in Gandli area of Arnia owning to some old dispute.
Bother Balwinder Kumar and Vijay Kumar received injuries in the attack and were shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) Jammu for treatment.
A case under FIR Number 13/2022 under Sections 307, 147, 341 and 323 IPC has been registered at Police Station Arnia and investigation started.
During the course of investigation, a team from Police Station Arnia led by SHO Inspector Tilak Raj arrested all the four accused persons of the family.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
