JAMMU, Feb 15: Finance Department has ordered promotion of 4 Selection Grade Officers of J&K Accounts (Gazetted) Service to the Special Scale.
According to the order, the promoted are Anil Kumar Dogra, Mohammad Araf Khan, Bharti Samyal and Sukhwant Kour Sasan.
