SRINAGAR, June 9: Director Agriculture Kashmir during a surprise inspection of Chief Agriculture Office Shopian and Sub-Divisional Agriculture Office Shopian today found four officials including Sub-Divisional Agriculture Officer, Shopian unauthorizedly absent from duty.
All the officials have been placed under suspension with immediate effect.
Meanwhile, Director Agriculture has appointed S.U. Mir, Seed Pathologist as Enquiry Officer to look into conduct of these officials.
