RAJOURI, Sept 19: Director School Education Jammu placed four teachers from Govt Primary School Dassal Jattan in Rajouri under suspension for remaining absent from duty and creating indiscipline.
The teachers placed under suspension are Rakesh Kumar and Mohd Reyaz. They were further attached to the office of DSE, Jammu. Two teachers of the same school were also suspended and attached to the same school. They are Shaista Parveen and Sheraz Akhtar. They were found absent on Tuesday during surprise checking by an Education officer.
Rakesh and Reyaz allegedly abused the Education officer and also torn the school register of Govt Middle School Kerian. On this, an FIR was lodged against the teachers with concerned police. Director School Education Jammu taking serious note of the issue, suspended both these teachers and attached them to his Jammu office. Two other teachers of the same school were also attached to the same school after suspension.
