JAMMU, June 28: At least four vehicles were seized for mining illegally in Jammu District today, police said.
They said one tractor trolley was seized by a team of Police Station Arnia led by SHO Arnia, Inspector Deepak Katoch, another by a team of Police Station Nagrota led by SHO Nagrota, Inspector Vishav Partap Singh, one tipper by a team of Police Post Pounichak led by incharge Police Post, PSI Nitish Khajuria, and another tipper by Border Police Post (BPP) Gajansoo led by incharge Police Post ASI Ravinder Bhushan.
“The seized vehicles were mining in violation of a High Court order, police said, adding that DMO Jammu has been intimated about the seizures made.
