UDHAMPUR, Nov 16: Police today arrested a bootlegger and seized 40 pouches of liquor, which were being smuggled for the illegal sale.
The bootlegger was identified as Ashok Kumar of Garhi who was carrying the liquor pouches in a polythene bag for their illegal sale in his native village.
In this connection, a case FIR number 363/2013 U/S 48A Excise Act has been registered at Police Station Udhampur.
