NEW DELHI, Sept 3: The wholesale gur (Jaggery) market showed a flat trend in the national capital today following little buying against restricted supplies.
Muzaffarnagar and Muradnagar gur markets also displayed a steady trend as prices ended flat in the absence of worthwhile activity.
Following are today’s rates (in Rs per quintal):
Gur chakku Rs 3,900-4,000, pedi Rs 4,000-4,100, dhayya Rs 4,100-4,200 and shakkar Rs 4,200-4,300.
Muzaffarnagar: Rasket Rs 3,400-3,450, chakku Rs 3,500-3,600, khurpa Rs 2,925-2,950 and Ladoo Rs 3,000-3,050.
Muradnagar: Pedi Rs 3,700-3,800 and dhayya Rs 3,150- 3,175. (PTI)
