Sir,
There is no doubt about it that our country is developing very fast. As a fact of matter for the purpose of over all development we need to develop our infrastructures like roads, bridges, rails, tunnels, dams airports and communication networks etc.
But unfortunately in our State of J&K projects and other construction works are never completed on time due to delays and deadlines.
It is unfortunate that we readily accept and adopt western cultures but at the same time we fail and hesitate to adopt western working culture.
Repeatedly changing and enhancing the deadline for the completion of projects etc is not good for the financial and the economic health of the State as it consumes more time and more capital. Good working habit is key to fast development. In order to achieve desired results we need to follow and adopt working culture (working habits) of some of the advanced societies like the USA, China and Japan etc.
