JAMMU : As many as 44 civilians today exchanged sides via Chakkan-da-Bagh along the Line of Control in Poonch district.
From this side of the border lone Indian (woman) boarded the weekly Poonch-Rawlakote ‘Peace Bus’ while 14 PoK citizens returned back to their homes after completing their stipulated stay on this side, an official here said.
He said from across the border, 14 PoK citizens reached Poonch while 15 Indian residents returned back to their homes.
The gate remained opened from 1315 hrs to 1336 hrs, said an official. (AGENCIES)
