JAMMU, Apr 27: The Cabinet approved promotion of 46 officers of different departmental feeding services to the Time Scale of Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Services (KAS).
The officers promoted are Vikas Verma (Cooperative), Shazia Koser (Handloom), Garbi Rashid and Khalid Hussain (Handicrafts), Sandeep Singh Bali and Manzoor Ahmed (Hospitality, Protocol and Agencies), Atul Kumar, Mridhu Slathia, Ideel Saleem and Avleen Kour Bali (Information), Ashok Kumar and Rakesh Kumar Vaid (Labour), Muzaffar Malik, Nisar Ahmad Shad, Sapna Kotwal, Ravinder Sharma, Kulbushan Khajuria, Gopal Singh, Mohammad Rouf Rehman, Vinay Mishra, Vijay Kumar and Sanjay Kumar Badyal (Revenue).
Zaffar Ahmad Banday, Mohammad Jahangir Khanday, Bashir Ahmad Andrabi, Muddasir Latif Tasir, Sarfaraz and Sukriti Sharma (Rural Development), Imteeaz Ahmad Khan Kacho, Tahir Mustafa Malik and Subash Chander (Secretariat-I), VIshwajeet, Surjeet Singh, Mohammad Akbar Bhat and Mohammad Ayub (Secretariat-II) have also been promoted.
Others promoted are Veedushi Kapoor, Jawahar Tak, Ghulam Mohi-ud-Din, Saima Rahim, Bilques Jan, Nighat Majeed and Saleem Ahmad (Social Welfare), Asima Sheer (Tourism) and Varinder Kumar Manyal (Transport).
Cabinet also approved promotion of Zakir Hussain Choudhary, Incharge Director, State Motor Garages as Director State Motor Garages.
Cabinet also accorded sanction to the promotion of Pawan Kumar, Senior Scale Officer to the Selection Grade of the J&K Accounts (Gazetted ) Service.
