JAMMU, Sept 24: 1st Additional Sessions Judge Jammu M A Chowdhary has convicted five real brothers namely Krishan Lal, Rinku, Raj Kumar, Jodh Raj and Gulshan Kumar, all sons of Manga Ram Batwal of village Sajjadpur of Jammu district for murderous attack on a villager.
According to the police case, on January 10, 2005 the accused persons attacked one Kuldeep Raj with sharp edged weapons over old enmity resulting into severe injuries to the victim.
