5 devotees injured as minibus turns turtle

UDHAMPUR, Oct 22: Five devotees were injured when a minibus turned turtle near Nalla Ghoran Morha Bori near Ghrodi, this evening.

According to the police report, the mishap took place when the minibus, bearing registration number JK02AJ-0114 and on way from Marda Mata towards Ghordi side, turned turtle at Nalla Ghoran Morha Bori in Ramnagar.
The locals and police rushed to the spot and shifted the injured persons to hospital. The injured were identified as Madan Lal (42), son of Prem Nath of Sermanjla Ramnagar, Madhav Singh (5), son of Sanjay Singh of Mani Ramnagar, Priya Devi (13) daughter of Sohan Lal of Sermanjla Ramnagar, Sharda Devi (38), wife of Bittu of Sermanjla and Sunita Devi (46) wife of Maan Singh of Sermanjla.
All the injured were first shifted to PHC Ghordi where doctors referred two of them, namely Madan Lal and Sharda Devi to District Hospital Udhampur for advanced treatment.
