JAMMU, Oct 30: The Government today ordered promotion of five Deputy Superintendent of Jails as Incharge Superintendents.
The promoted officers included Bhushan Lal Bali, Mohammad Mussa (ST), Hilal Ahmad Rather, Subash Kumari and Mohammad Rafiq (ST).
An order to this effect was issued today by Principal Secretary to Home Department, RK Goyal.
The Home Department also ordered that Syed Muzaffar Hussain, Joint Director Prosecution, CID Headquarters, will hold charge of the post of Director Prosecution Vigilance Organisation.
Through another order, the Home Department recalled two DySPs—Sanjeev Kumar and Lazar Khandare—from Prisons Department to Police Department. They were on deputation to the Prisons Department.
