JAMMU, Dec 17: Five flights were cancelled while all others flew late ranging from two to three hours while half a dozen trains also arrived late today due to fog and poor visibility in New Delhi and other places. Weather was, however, fine in Jammu and Srinagar for landing and take off of the flights.
SSP Jammu Airport (Anti-Hijacking) Ashok Sharma told the Excelsior that five flights were cancelled today while all others reached or departed late between two to three hours.

Mr Sharma said visibility was normal at Jammu and Srinagar Airports but was low at New Delhi, which led to cancellation and delayed arrival of flights.
The passengers booked for cancelled flights had to suffer a lot of hardships.
Nearly half a dozen trains including Rajdhani Express, Samparak Kranti, Hemkunt Express, Pooja Express, Shalimar Express reached late this morning by two to three hours. However, all trains left Jammu on time, SSP Railways, Shiv Kumar Sharma said, adding no train was cancelled.
