REASI, Dec 20: Taking cognizance of closure of five schools during working hours and unauthorized absence of the concerned Head Masters, Chief Education Officer Reasi has ordered suspension of the erring heads of these schools in Zone Mahore.
Besides, the CEO has also recommended to the Director School Education Jammu for suitable punishment warranted under rules against ZEO Mahore, who instead of taking action against the erring Headmasters, accompanied them in enjoying the feast in one of these schools.
Those placed under suspension, include Abdul Rashid Khan, Head Master of GMC Trambla; Shabir Ahmed, Incharge HM, MS Baghteer; Fateh Mohd, HM, GMC Shajroo; Ghulam Hussain, Incharge HM, GMC Suli and Mohd Din, Incharge HM, GMC Kundayee.
The absence of these Head Masters and closures of their schools came to light after Complex Head Shajroo paid a surprise visit and found MS Bakhteer, GMC Shajroo, GMC Suli, GMS Kundayee locked during working hours.
