REASI, July 10: In two separate road accidents, five persons were injured, here today.
A minibus bearing registration number JK02AA- 7327 rolled down on Circular Road near the Shrine Board Sports Stadium, Katra, resulting in injuries to three passengers.
The injured were shifted to CHC Katra for treatment. They were identified as Ankita, aged 11-year, daughter of Ravinder Kumar, resident of Nai Basti, Reasi; Koushlaya Devi (70), wife of Kaku Ram, resident of Padoh, Tehsil Katra and Sunita Devi (40), wife of Raj Kumar, resident of Narloo, Arnas district Reasi. After providing first aid at CHC Katra, doctors referred Ankita to GMC Hospital Jammu for advanced treatment.
In another road accident in Mahore, a couple was injured when their car, bearing registration number JK20B- 3592, rolled down near Kansoli.
The injured couple was identified as Mohd Latif (45), son of Gulam Qadir, resident of Ladh, Tehsil Mahore and his wife Shmima Bano (aged 40 years). They were shifted to CHC Mahore for treatment and their condition was stated to be stable.
