5 injured in road accidents

SRINAGAR, Sept 23: Five persons were injured in different road accidents across the Valley.
Reports said that a truck bearing registration number JK14A 8776 hit a passenger vehicle TATA 407 at Panipora-Sangam, resulting in injuries to one passenger namely Babli Mishra, wife of Santosh Mishra resident of Krishna Nayar Colony, Lanka Bluwara Nasi, UP.
A Maruti car hit and injured Saleem Munda ,son of Mohammad Akbar Munda resident of West Bengal near Athwajan, Panthachowk. The injured was shifted to hospital for treatment.
A Scorpio bearing registration number 8132-JK04A hit and injured a cyclist Mohammad Akbar Hajam, son of Ghulam Mohammad aged 48 years resident of Kawoosa, Magam near Kawoosa. The Injured was shifted to hospital for treatment.
A lady Saleema wife of Abdul Gani Akhoon resident of Namalbal, Pampore was hit and injured by a motor cyclist near Tulbagh Pampore. The injured lady was shifted to hospital for treatment. Police has registered a case in this regard.
A motorcycle bearing registration number 5421-JK09 skidded off the road at Warpora crossing Kupwara, resulting in injuries to motorcyclist Jamsheed Ahmed Khan, son of Ghulam Hassan resident of Krishipora, Nagri. The injured was shifted to hospital for treatment.
