SAMBA, Aug 28:District Drug Controller, Samba, Dr Renuka Sharma today sealed five medical shops in Vijaypur and Ramgarh area for selling spurious and expired medicines during her surprise checking in the area.
The medical shops which have been sealed by her included Jai Laxmi Medical Shop, Aarti Medical Shop, Bhardwaj Medical Shop in Vijaypur. She also sealed Kiryana Shop belonging to Khem Raj S/O Late Dev Raj for selling medicines without proper license and also sealed the shop of Tilak Raj S/O Late Mohan Lal who too was selling medicines without license in Gudwal village of Ramgarh. Both are the residents of Gudwal. She also seized the medicines which were lying in the two shops.
