PULWAMA, June 21: Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Pulwama today relieved five police officers who were already ordered to be deployed with the Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra. The SSP Pulwama ordered transfer and posting of four police officers.
As per an order, the police officers who have been relieved for the Amarnath Yatra are DySP (Prob) Shivam Jaggi, DySP (Prob) Vikram Sarmhal, PSI Mohammad Tajamul, PSI Shabir Ahmed, and PSI Mohammad Asif.
Consequent upon the deployment of the police officers with the Yatra, it has been ordered that Inspector Mohammad Hafeez has been transferred from DPL Pulwama and posted as SHO Police Station Litter, Inspector Abdul Latief has been transferred from District Special Branch Pulwama and posted as SHO Police Station Kakapora, SI Gh Ahmad has been transferred from DPL Pulwama and posted as incharge Police Post Lassipora, and ASI Asrar Ahmad has been transferred from DPL Pulwama and posted as incharge Police Post Hawal.
Further, it has been ordered that Inspector Mushtaq Ahmad shall function as Incharge DSB Pulwama in addition to his assignment.
