Peas decline on sluggish demand

NEW DELHI, May 27: Peas prices declined by up to Rs 100 per quintal at the wholesale market today on subdued demand from retailers against adequate stocks position.
Traders said easing demand from retailers against adequate stocks position kept pressure on peas prices.
In the national capital, peas white and green fell by Rs 25 and Rs 100 to Rs 2,475-2,500 and Rs 2,600-2,700 per quintal, respectively.
