US: A judge shot at in an ambush outside a US courthouse on Monday returned fire along with a probation officer, who killed the attacker.
The attacker, Nathaniel Richmond, was the father of a student convicted in the Steubenville High School rape case in 2013. Investigators are looking for a motive, and have not found a connection to the rape case. (agencies)
