JAMMU, Oct 23: The Government today ordered that all senior officers including 54 IAS officers will visit different districts in connection with ‘Back to Village (B2V4)’ programme being held from October 27 to November 3.
“Exact location of the Panchayat where the officer will conduct programme shall be communicated by the Deputy Commissioner concerned,” an order issued by the General Administration Department (GAD), said.
Additional Chief Secretaries Atal Dulloo and Raj Kumar Goyal, Incharge Agriculture Production and Home Departments have been assigned Srinagar and Jammu districts respectively.
Principal Secretary Incharge Jal Shakti Department Shaleen Kabra will be visiting Reasi district while Bipul Pathak, Director General, Jammu and Kashmir Institute of Management, Public Administration and Rural Development will tour Samba district during B2V4.
The IAS officers assigned Udhampur district for tour during B2V4 included Ashok Kumar Parmar, Principal Secretary ARI & Training Department, Prashant Goyal, Principal Secretary, Industries and Commerce Department, Sarita Chauhan, Commissioner/ Secretary, Labour and Employment Department and Rahul Yadav, Commissioner, Jammu Municipal Corporation.
The IAS officers assigned Kathua district are Rohit Kansal, Principal Secretary Higher Education/ Information Department, Prerna Puri, Commissioner/ Secretary, Information Technology Department and Dr Rashmi Singh, Commissioner, State Taxes.
Dheeraj Gupta, Principal Secretary, Housing and Urban Development Department will tour Budgam district while Dr Asgar Samoon will be undertaking visit to Kupwara district and Shailendra Kumar, Principal Secretary, Public Works (R&B) Department will visit the border district of Rajouri.
The IAS officers allotted Poonch district for tours include Saurabh Bhagat, Commissioner/Secretary, Science and Technology Department and Mandeep Kaur, Commissioner/Secretary, Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Department.
Principal Secretary School Education Department Alok Kumar will tour Samba and Principal Secretary Power Development Department H Rajesh Prasad will be visiting Doda district and Sanjeev Verma, Commissioner/Secretary, Forest, Ecology and Environment will undertake a visit to Ramban district.
Vijay Kumar Bidhuri, Commissioner/Secretary, Revenue Department has been assigned South Kashmir’s Kulgam district while Sheetal Nanda, Commissioner/Secretary in Social Welfare Department will pay a visit to Ganderbal district.
Yasha Mudgul, Secretary Cooperatives Department will be visiting Ramban district.
Dr Piyush Singla, Administrative Secretary, General Administration Department (GAD), will be visiting Jammu district.
The IAS officers touring Reasi district are Prasanna Ramaswamy G, Administrative Secretary, Transport, Kumar Rajeev Ranjan, Special Secretary, Revenue Department, Rahul Sharma, Transport Commissioner and Rajesh Sharma, Custodian General.
Dr Shahid Iqbal Choudhary, Secretary Tribal Affairs, Aijaz Ahmad Bhat, Director EDI and Hashmat Ali Yatoo, Administration in Associated Hospitals, Srinagar, are tipped to visit Shopian district during B2V4.
Secretaries to Government Sarmad Hafeez and Dr Raghav Langer will be touring Bandipora and Baramulla districts respectively while Talat Parvez Rohella will visit Ganderbal, Rukhsana Gani will tour Anantnag and Rehana Batul will be visiting Budgam district.
Mir Tariq Ali will be touring Bandipora, Bhupinder Kumar will visit Kishtwar, Dr Syed Abid Rasheed Shah will undertake tour to Baramulla, Shiv Anant Tayal to Doda, Amit Sharma to Samba, Nazim Zai Khan to Bandipora, Shakeel-ur-Rehman Rather to Baramulla, Pardeep Kumar to Ramban, Narinder Singh Bali to Kishtwar, Majid Khalil Ahmad Drabu to Pulwama, Mohammad Akbar Wani to Kupwara, Sheikh Arshad Ayub to Anantnag, Choudhary Mohammad Yasin to Rajouri, Athar Aamir Ul Shaffi Khan to Bandipora, Saloni Rai to Ganderbal, Ayushi Sudan to Samba, Minga Sherpa and Faz-Lul Haseeb to Kulgam and Abhishek Sharma to Kishtwar.
