JAMMU, Dec 23: Out of newly elected 87 candidates, 55 are first timers, who made it to 12th Legislative Assembly in Jammu and Kashmir.
The first timers from BJP are Sunil Kumar Sharma, Shakti Raj, Daleep Singh, Neelam Kumar Langeh, Ajay Nanda, Dina Nath, RS Pathania, Jeewan Lal, Lal Singh, Rajiv Jasrotia, Dr Nirmal Singh, Kuldeep Raj, Dr Devinder Kumar Manyal, Chander Parkash Ganga, Kavinder Gupta, Rajesh Gupta, Sat Paul Sharma, Dr Gagan Bhagat, Rajeev Sharma, Dr Krishan Lal, Ravinder Kumar Raina and Abdul Gani Kohli.
Raja Manzoor Ahmed, Yawar Ahmed Mir, Javid Hassain Baig, Mohammad Abass Wani, Imran Raza Ansari, Abid Hussain Ansari, Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari, Noor Mohammad Sheikh, Ghulam Nabi Lone, Haseeb A Drabu, Aijaz Ahmed Mir, Mohammad Yousaf Bhat, Abdul Majid Padder, Syed Farooq Ahmad Andrabi, Abdul Rahim Rather, Choudhary Zulfikar Ali and Shah Mohammad Tantray are first time candidates from PDP.
The first timers from NC are Kamal Verma, Devender Singh Rana, Altaf Ahmed Wani, Abdul Majeed, Ishfaq Ahmed Sheikh and Nazir Ahmed Khan.
Mohammad Amin Bhat, Gulzar Ahmed Wani, Deldan Namgail, Asgar Ali Karbalaie, Mumtaz Ahmed and Choudhary Mohammad Akram are first timers from Congress.
The first timer independent candidates to represent themselves in Assembly are Pawan Kumar Gupta and Syed Mohammad Baqir Rizvi.
From JPC, Advocate Bashir Ahmad Dar and Sajad Lone are the first timers.
