JAMMU, Nov 12: The Government today promoted/placed an Incharge Executive Engineer as Inchrage Superintending Engineer, two I/C Assistant Executive Engineers as I/C Executive Engineers while 53 Incharge Assistant Engineers as I/C Assistant Executive Engineers (Civil) in the Public Works (R&B) Department.
I/C Executive Engineer, Rajinder Singh has been placed as I/C SE while Mushtaq Ahmed Shah and Jawad- Ul-Hassan as I/C Executive Engineers in their own pay and grade.
A total 39 I/C Assistant Engineers (civil), degree holders promoted as I/C AEE are -Parvez Ahmed Mir, Vikram Singh Sangral, Mohan Lal Sharma, Tariq Ahmed Hargah, Lobzang Yontan, Malik Bilal Ahmed, Janak Kumar, Arafat Masud, Akhtar Hussain Raina, Mohd Arif, Amit Kumar Baloom, Atish Kumar, Sikander Hussain, Waseem Ahmed, Mohd Ashrif, Jugal Kishore, Parvaiz Hussain Rather, Reshi Arshid Salam, Prince Ahmed Dangroo, Raj Kumar, Swarn Singh, Avinash Chander, Mushatq Ahmed Sheikh, Naveen Kumar, Reyaz Ahmed Padder, Mansoor Mohd Nissar, Abdul Shakoor, Amjad Iqbal, Thinlas Zangpo, Maqsood Ahmed Wani, Darbari Lal, Amardeep Singh Sahni, Mohd Rafiq Kumar, Shamim

Fourteen (14) Diploma Engineers promoted as I/C AEE are-Tara Chand Sharma, Tashi Darjey, Ghulam Mohd, Abdul Hadi, Shabir Hussain, Vinod Kumar, Kuldeep Raj, Sham Lal, Vaishno Prakash, Mohinder Kumar, Rakesh Kumar, Vinod Kumar Bhagat, Madan Gopal Samyal and Bishan Dasa. Most of these promotees among I/C AEEs are from reserved categories.
Consequent upon the above promotions, the Government shifted/ placed 84 engineers in the R&B department.
Rajinder Singh I/C XEn PMGSY Kupwara has been placed as I/C SE SMC, DL Kaith I/C XEn R&B Samba has been shifted and placed in Floriculture Deptt against Roshan Din, Noor Ali I/C XEn shifted to School Education Deptt, Firdous Ahmed I/C XEn awaiting orders of posting has been placed in Tourism Department whereas, Mushtaq Ahmed I/C AEE after placement as I/C XEn, has been posted to PMGSY Kupwara.
I/C AEE R&B Kathua Subhash Kumar has been shifted and placed in Mughal Road Project to look after the duties of I/C XEn, I/C AEE Rajinder Kumar Gupta to Shri Mata Vaishnodevi Shrine University to look after the duties of I/C XEn, Sanjay Raina I/C AEE PMGSY Chenani to PMGSY Chatroo to look after the duties of XEn, Nizam ud-Din I/C AEE PDA to Tourism Deptt as I/C XEn while Peer Iftikhar Ahmed I/C AEE has been deployed to ERA to look after the duties of XEn Civil.
