RAJOURI, Mar 14: The police arrested two youth and recovered 580 banned tablets /drugs from their possession in Rajouri area today.
A team of police headed by SHO Rajouri Inspector Aejaz Ahmed Wani intercepted two youth at Baila Bridge, Rajouri and recovered 38 strips of banned drugs (Tramadol Hydrochloride) & 20 strips of Nitrazepam from their possession. Both were arrested on the spot.
The accused have been identified as Mohd Arif, son of Mohd Shabir, resident of Choudhary Nar and Shafqat Ali, son of Abdul Aziz from Kheora. A case FIR No. 98/2024 U/S 8/21/22 NDPS Act has been registered at Police Station Rajouri.
