JAMMU, July 8: Government today ordered transfers and postings of 24 Law Officers including 6 Additional Secretaries with immediate effect.
According to a Government order issued in this connection, Additional Secretary Suhail Muzaffar, posted in Agricultural Production and Farmers Welfare Department has been transferred and posted in the Home Department, Civil Secretariat while Syed Sarfaraz Zahoor Rizvi, Additional Secretary in the Home Department, has been transferred and posted in the Agriculture Production and Farmers Welfare Department.
Additional Secretary Rahoof Ahmad Khan has been transferred from Social Welfare Department to School Education Department, Additional Secretary Shabir Ahmad Deedad from the Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs to Tourism Department on full time basis, Additional Secretary Vikas Chander from Public Works (R&B) Department to Skill Development Department while Vibhati Sharma (Additional Secretary in the Department of Hospitality and Protocol) shall hold the additional charge of Tribal Affairs Department, in addition to her own duties, relieving Tawheeda, Deputy Legal Remembrancer from the additional charge.
Mohammad Yousuf Faizan, Senior Law Officer, presently posted in the Skill Development Department, has been transferred and posted in the Social Welfare Department while Shabana Duranni (Deputy Legal Remembrancer), presently posted in the Forest Department, shall hold the additional charge of Chief Conservator of Forests, Jammu, in addition to her own duties, till further orders. Showat Ahmad Bejard, Assistant Legal Remembrancer, presently posted in the office of Government Medical College Srinagar, has been transferred and posted in the Lakes Conservation Management Authority, relieving Nadir Ali, Assistant Legal Remembrancer from the additional charge.
Further, Assistant Legal Remembrancer (ALR) Sahil Sangra has been transferred from Directorate of Industries and Commerce to Jal Shakti Department, ALR Shakeel Ahmad (repatriated from the Union Territory of Ladakh and awaiting orders of adjustment) has been posted in J&K Public Service Commission and ALR Lutfar Rehman (presently posted in the Directorate of Geology and Mining Jammu) shall hold the charge of Directorate of Industries and Commerce, in addition to her own duties till further orders.
ALR Shakeel Ahmad, presently posted in the Jal Shakti Department, has been transferred and posted in the Government Medical College Jammu. He shall hold the additional charge of Government Dental College Jammu relieving ALR Nidha Slathia, who shall report to the Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs for further posting. ALR Rahul Sharma, presently posted in the Chief Electoral Office and holding additional charge of State Election Commission, shall also hold the additional charge of Deputy Commissioner Samba, in addition to his own duties till further orders.
ALR Farooq Ahmad Mir, presently posted in the School Education Department, has been transferred and posted in Public Works (R&B) Department Civil Secretariat. He shall continue to hold the additional charge of Youth Services and Sports Department till further orders. ALR Jaffar Bin Rasool, presently posted in the Directorate of Tourism Srinagar, shall hold the additional charge of the Directorate of Accounts and Treasuries Srinagar, in addition to his own duties.
Farooq Ahmad Bhat (ALR), awaiting orders of adjustment on promotion as ALR, has been transferred and posted as District Litigation Officer Kupwara. He shall also hold the additional charge of Government Medical College Handwara, relieving Ajaz Ahmad Monga (ALR) from his additional charge. ALR Nuzhat Wani, presently posted in the directorate of Social Welfare Srinagar, has been transferred and posted in GMC Srinagar.
ALR Abdul Majeed Kelam, presently posted in the District Litigation Office Ramban and holding additional charge of District Litigation Officer Udhampur, shall also hold the additional charge of the District Litigation Office Kishtwar, in addition to his own duties till further orders. ALR Mohd Shafeeq, presently posted in the office of Chairman BOPEE Jammu, has been transferred and posted in the office of Chief Engineer, Public Works, Jammu. He shall also hold the additional charge of the office of Chief Engineer Chenab Valley and Chief Engineer Pir Panchal till further orders.
Roopali Sharma (ALR), presently posted in the office of Deputy Commissioner Jammu, shall also hold the additional charge of the District Litigation Office Jammu, in addition to her own duties, till further orders while Assistant Law Officer (ALO) Partap Singh, presently posted in the District Litigation Office Ramban, shall hold the additional charge of Chief Engineer Public Works (R&B) Department, Chenab Zone Batote, in addition to his own duties till further orders.
ALO Rayees Ahmad Bhat has been transferred from Directorate of Health Services Kashmir to J&K Funds Organization whereas ALO Rempi Sharma, presently posted in the District litigation Office Udhampur and holding additional charge of Government Medical College Udhampur, shall also hold the additional charge of the District litigation Office Reasi, in addition to her own duties till further orders.
