REASI, Feb 6: Police today rescued six bovine animals that were being were smuggled from Budhan in Mahore via Gool towards Kashmir.
Two vehicles bearing registration number JK20-8582 and JK02BK- 2283, on way from Budhan towards Gool and loaded with three buffalos in each vehicle, were intercepted by Police. After verification, Police rescued the bovine animals and arrested both the drivers, namely Mohd Arshad, of Jamaslan and Shabir Ah of Jamaslan in Mahore.
Police also seized the vehicles and registered a case in this connection.
