JAMMU, Oct 7: Police today recovered six UBGL grenades and 60 AK-47 rounds during a search operation in Bandhara Dewal forests of Mahore in Reasi district.
Police parties joined by the jawans of 126 battalion of CRPF conducted joint search operation at Bandhara Dewal forests of Mahore and made the recoveries.
A hideout of the militants, where grenades and ammunition had been kept, was busted.
Police have registered FIR No. 114/2015 under Sections 120-B, 121 and 122 RPC and 7/27 Arms Act at Mahore police station.
